Membership

Your full name and email address. There are no passwords: you sign in with a one-time link we email to you, which works once and expires after 15 minutes.

The course directory

Your full name, email address and phone number. We use them to send you the directory, to follow up about AI Exec Hub courses, and to make you a free member.

Enquiries

The details you enter in an enquiry form, used only to respond to you.

The Monthly Brief

Sent only if you tick the box to receive it, and you can stop it at any time.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. It is set only when you sign in, and is not used for tracking.

Payments

When paid membership opens, card details will be handled by the payment provider and never stored by AI Exec Hub.

Visibility

Member information is never published or shown to other members.

Where it is kept

Member accounts are kept in a Postgres database (Neon); course-directory requests and enquiries in our content system (Sanity), in records that are never public; emails are sent through Resend; and the site is hosted on Vercel. We never sell or share your details.
